Nestlé Pure Life Sponsors Telethon in Chile

Nestlé Pure Life, the biggest bottled water brand in the world in value, is supporting the event for the first time this year.
A 27-hour TV show hosted by famous Don Francisco and followed by thousands of Chileans.

Telethon is the biggest solidarity event held in Chile, where the entire country unites behind the goal of raising funds to help children with developmental disabilities.

On 3-4 December, this campaign comes to a climax with a 27-hour TV show, broadcast by the five major Chilean television networks. Many of the country's celebrities always take part, and the show is watched by 97% of the Chilean population.

The confidence shown by the general public in the charismatic figure of Don Francisco, creator in 1978 and host of the event from the beginning, has always been a key factor in making this call for solidarity a regular and credible event.

Cachantun, the leading bottled water brand in Chile which is also in the Nestlé Waters portfolio has sponsored the Telethon since the first edition.

And this year for the first time, Nestlé Pure Life replaces Cachantun as partner of the event.

To support the campaign, a special commercial featuring national celebrities such as famous TV presenter Claudia Conserva, was broadcast on Chilean TV.
