Vittel creates a unique and exclusive partnership with gastronomy by inviting for the second year in a row a prestigious chef to express his talent with the Vittel water.
After the two-starred Chef Michel Roth, Vittel has launched a new limited edition in partnership with Michelin three-starred Chef, Christian Le Squer, to mark the festive season. Christian Le Squer is the three-starred Chef of the restaurant “Le Cinq” at the Four Seasons George V hotel in Paris. The lead was given to the chef to imagine a gastronomic dinner for the occasion inspired by our brand’s vitality, minerality, purity and strength.
“I spend a lot of time creating, tasting and making new dishes”, explained three-starred Chef Christian Le Squer. “When Vittel asked me to be the ambassador of “Le Réveillon Étoilé” 2016, and to create a gourmet menu around this natural mineral water, I saw a unique opportunity. This pushed my limits to unprecedented innovation. The dishes I’ve created echo the different facets of the natural mineral water Vittel, which is well-known at leading French establishments for its refined taste and strength”, he added.
