Once again in 2013 S. Pellegrino will celebrate the culinary art in France

First with “Le Fooding” and “Le Clan des Madones” from November 15th to 17th, thirteen favorite girls from this new generation of girls who cook and uncork bottles will take the reins of a garage transformed into a restaurant for the occasion and will far exceed culinary boundaries, since its theme will be liberated female chefs (neither victims of masculine/feminine gender roles, nor engaged in a battle to win titles previously reserved only for men).;

Camille Fourmont (La Buvette - Paris 11th) will pilot the cocktail bites and Laura Vidal (Frenchie’s sommelière - Paris 2nd) the wines of Catherine Breton (Domaine Breton - Loire). In between all that, dinners prepared by six hands, elaborated by three different chefs each evening during two services (7pm and 10pm), each one gathering 50 people.
