In order to celebrate the unique partnership between Vittel and gastronomy, Vittel creates an exclusive annual appointment by inviting each year a prestigious chef to express his talent with the Vittel water.
For 2015 year end, the brand is collaborating with Michel Roth, 2 starred chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and winner of the Bocuse d’Or prize in 1991, to celebrate Christmas season and to honor the French know-how.
The lead was given to the chef to imagine a gastronomic dinner for the occasion and sign the Vittel silkscreened limited edition glass bottle.
“For me, Vittel has a natural and well-balanced flavor. It’s light, which makes it refreshing and pleasant to drink, particularly with gourmet dishes. It makes it pleasant to move from one dish to the next” says Michel Roth. “Vittel has every quality: it’s gourmet water which freshens the palate so that the next dish can be fully appreciated” he continues.
Officially launched in September at the French Minister of Foreign Affairs in attendance of 120 great chefs and 165 starred chefs, the bottle is now sold with a cookbook called “Réveillon étoilé” at the Publicis Drugstore and at the Grande Epicerie of Paris.
To close off this exceptional event, Vittel organized on December 7th, a special gastronomic dinner at Lenôtre restaurant. The 100 guests -mainly journalist, others chefs and clients-, enjoyed the amazing work of 2 starred chef Michel Roth. The theme of the evening was of course red and vitality, which are so relevant with Vittel water.
Vittel is partnered with the gastronomy since 1854.
