For this holiday’s season, we thought we’d share with you our secrets to make the perfect PERRIER Virgin Mojito and add a fizzy twist to your holiday evenings. If you feel adventurous, have a go at the PERRIER Glamour recipe to match your elegant outfit, served in a stiletto-like martini glass. And in case you overindulged in these delicious recipes, try PERRIER D-tox: the cucumber will enhance the refreshing feel of PERRIER, the citrus fruits and green tea anti-oxidant properties will be ideal to start the day!

Perfect Virgin Mojito……………………………………………………………………………………

10 mint leaves
Half a lime cut into four quarters
¾ oz (2cl) sugar cane syrup
1,5 oz (4cl) of PERRIER
crushed ice

In a big mixing glass, crush the mint,
squeeze the lemon quarters and drop them into the glass,
and add the sugar cane syrup.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Mix with a spoon while adding PERRIER. 
Stick a bunch of mint and two straws into the glass

PERRIER Glamour……………………………………………………………………………………

1 ¾ oz (5cl) Cointreau
2/3 oz (2cl) of ginger liqueur 
6 raspberries ginger liqueur 
Lemon zest
PERRIER

Twist a lemon zest and rub it around the inside of a martini glass.
In a shaker filled with ice cubes, mix Cointreau, and three raspberries
Once mixed, add 2 ¾ oz of Perrier and strain over the martini glass 
Garnish with a skewer of fresh raspberries

PERRIER D-Tox……………………………………………………………………………………

1 oz (3cl) cold green tea
¾ oz (2cl) Monin cane sugar syrup
1 mini cucumber
1 lemon zest
1 lime zest
1 orange zest

Cut the cucumber into a spiral shape or slices, and put it in a highball glass.
In a mixing glass, put the zests of a lemon, a lime and an orange.
Add cold green tea and stir with a spoon for 15 seconds.
Add chilled PERRIER water and stir again for 5 seconds.
Filter the mixture into the highball glass. Serve with a straw
